Paul Caulfield
Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel
Paul is responsible for all global operations, legal and regulatory requirements with a focus on governance, employee & client support, health & safety, facilities, risk management, growth and expansion.
Prior to Third Bridge, Paul has held executive positions in legal, risk and compliance within regulated financial services, and as a longtime practitioner in financial crimes compliance and information security, advises both fintech companies and startups. He began his career as a criminal prosecutor with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
Paul has a B.A. from Fairfield University and a J.D. from The Catholic University of America. He speaks Spanish and is an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University’s School of Law. Outside of work, Paul enjoys the outdoors and traveling with his wife and three children.
