Heather McClory
Head of People, Europe & US
Heather is our Head of People for Europe/US and is responsible for leading our people functions across these regions.
Heather joined Third Bridge in 2021 bringing a wealth of experience in the people and talent space. She spent the last 10 years with organisations which are scaling at pace, most recently leading people teams at Monzo Bank and Amazon.
Heather holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Stirling. Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her husband, two kids and two dogs. They enjoy cycling, travelling and are big basketball and soccer fans.
