Rodolphe de Hemptinne
Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer
Rodolphe is Co-Founder of Third Bridge and responsible for the Product and Innovation department that drives a culture of constant improvement in the business.
Before founding Third Bridge, Rodolphe’s career included consultancy work at Bain & Company in Boston, Johannesburg and London, and five years’ management experience with Shell Corporation in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Rodolphe has an MBA from Wharton, the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. He is now a member of the Wharton Executive Board for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Rodolphe is a true polyglot, fluent in French, Dutch, English, Spanish and German. He has four children and, quite coincidentally, a passion for climbing mountains in increasingly remote locations.
