- Turning to the challenged PC market, the specialist does not anticipate the market seeing normalisation until 2024, but noted that Windows 11 should create a selling opportunity. We also heard that Apple’s PC market share gain “was pretty shocking”.
- The former Microsoft VP is “nervous” about Surface. “I don’t know if they have the differentiation that they once had in that space”.
