Position Overview

Reporting to the Global Head of FP&A, this newly created role will act as a best-in-class business partner and will have direct responsibility and accountability for complex analysis and interface with all levels of the organization. The AVP will conduct analysis across all regions and business units, while also reviewing the bigger picture through consolidated company results. 

Position Responsibilities

Change Agent - An opportunity to drive change through:

  • Leading complex analyses – To enhance our understanding of core facets of the business, ability to project future results, and quality of materials that are presented to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
  • Taking an active role in managing our “less mature” product (Forum) – Continue to build capabilities from a Finance perspective and assist the organization in its efforts to drive profitable growth.
  • Implementing process improvements - Aimed at increasing team efficiency, refining workload balancing, ensuring consistency in approach, developing repeatable procedures, and eliminating single points of failure.

Core Role:  

  • Performance analysis - Participate in all aspects of the monthly reporting, in-year forecasting, and budgeting cycles.
  • Be a best-in-class business partner – In this capacity the candidate will offer insights, help facilitate decision-making, and work closely with our Executive Leadership Team as well as other team members across all functional areas (with a core focus on the Commercial and Operational teams).
  • Ad-Hoc Projects – Due to the company’s rapid growth the needs of the business change frequently.  The candidate will support this evolution through completing high-impact assignments outside of standard work.

  • Strong financial modeling background
  • The ability to work autonomously and “in the gray”
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Being agile and nimble in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting and financial analysis / concepts
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams effectively
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience influencing and directing people outside of their reporting structure


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with working with large data sets for either analytical or forecasting purposes
