Technology & Product Function Overview

The Technology, Data & Product function is led by our Chief Information Officer.  We are investing heavily in product, data and technology capabilities, enabling us to deliver innovative products and solutions, and deep insight market intelligence to our clients.

Through harnessing the latest business technology services, we allow the business to work faster, more intelligently and we are uncovering more and more business opportunities as a result.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Responsible for new joiner technical onboarding process

    • Set up accounts 

    • Necessary equipment

      • Update asset inventory 

  • Responsible for leavers technical offboarding process 

    • Close accounts 

    • Liaise with Workplace Support for return of equipment

    • Reconfigure returned machines to be ready for repurposing 

      • Update asset inventory 

  • Update accounts based on internal promotions & changes 

  • Provide 1st line technical support covering all areas of IT (Software / Hardware) deployed - 

    • including triaging issues and gathering relevant information. e.g. from logs or establishing WiFi connectivity strength

  • 1st point of contact for all office queries & issues 

  • Equipment requests such as headsets, mice, keyboards etc 

  • Manage desk configuration and changes, including meeting rooms

    • Start of day checks for shared spaces e.g. Meeting rooms 

  • Queue management

    • Escalate within the Technology & Product function

    • Where necessary reassign to the correct team outside of Technology & Product 

  • New Hardware

    • Confirm receipt of deliveries 

    • Asset Inventory up to date 

Qualifications

Skills

  • Some 1st line support experience is desirable

  • Be communicative and work best in a partnering approach to work colleagues

  • See and communicate with business stakeholders as partners with a common goal

  • Thrive in a fast changing environment and be dedicated to continuous improvement

  • Familiarity with IOS / Android phones 

  • Familiarity with email, calendar & instant messaging applications 

  • ITIL Foundation 

 

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English

  • Eligible to work in the country they are applying
