Job Description

Position Overview


We’re looking for a creative, digital-savvy Internal Communications Associate to join our Communications and Marketing team. Reporting to our Internal Communications Manager, you will be part of an exciting and fast growing global business. In this role, you’ll have your finger on the pulse of our organisation, and develop some of your best communications work to engage our diverse audiences at Third Bridge. It’s a ‘roll up your sleeves and get stuck in’ type of role, with an excellent opportunity to work directly with senior colleagues and help evolve how we work. 




Global town halls and events

  • Lead the coordination and logistics of our monthly global town hall events (hybrid format) 

  • Partner with our Technology team to ensure the events run smoothly

  • Draft communications to drive attendance and engagement for future events

  • Plan and organise a series of regular internal networking events across our global offices for cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing: ESG committee events, Leadership ‘ask anything sessions’, lunch and learns, etc. 


Content creation

  • Act as internal journalist - collating good news stories/career stories for internal and external amplification

  • Maintain an editorial calendar

  • Draft and review written and visual communications for our ESG committee and Technology & Product Change team. Do the same for other business units on an ad-hoc basis

  • Partner with Marketing and People Operations to support our culture content  

  • Introduce new creative opportunities for us to deliver communications - e.g. create regular video, gifs, animation type content so our messages have far greater impact with our younger team members

  • Partner with our internal designer to deliver visual and engaging communication assets 


Channel management

  • Slack

    • Build awareness of our key channels and streamline others

    • Share hints and tips so managers and employees can communicate effectively

  • Partner with our Technology team to manage email distribution lists

  • Maintain content on our digital information hub


Partnering with the business 

  • Key areas of the business you will partner with include our ESG committee and the Technology and Product Change team:

    • Work with the teams to understand their plans for the year ahead and help ensure internal assets are in line with our brand standards

    • Measure internal communications effectiveness and share with stakeholders


Analytics and administration

  • Coordinate analytics and share trends from our internal communications efforts (written communications, video, internal sites and event attendance) with the Internal Communications Manager to make adjustments and maximise ROI

  • Prepare a monthly snapshot of all internal communications efforts for internal stakeholders 





  • 1.5-3 years’ experience in communications - ideally in employee/internal communications

  • Adaptable - you’ll be working in fast-paced, changeable environment

  • Very strong writing skills, a proactive nature, creative flair and a tonne of positive and enthusiasm are a must

  • Tech-savvy and unafraid to try new things

  • Relationship builder

  • Some creative experience: storyboarding animations and delivering visual communications (animation, video, etc.) and partnering with agencies/designers
