Job Description

Position Overview

The Total Rewards Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting our global compensation and total rewards programs and practices to ensure Third Bridge remains competitive and positioned for continued growth. Reporting to the Compensation Manager, the position will ensure a best in class service experience for all our internal customers.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of developing our Total Rewards function for the future!


  • Supports the research, development, and administration of Third Bridge’s global compensation and total rewards programs

  • Performs robust analysis to support all total rewards initiatives including compensation, pay equity, benefits, etc.

  • Works with businesses on compensation calculations, administration of plans, financial modeling and impact analysis

  • Proactively researches and analyzes market trends and makes recommendations to support competitive practices

  • Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Finance and business leaders on total rewards related topics

  • Actively supports the year-end merit and bonus process by managing data collection, calculations, auditing, etc.

  • Conducts benchmark and ad hoc compensation analyses to ensure external market competitiveness and internal equity

  • Participates in annual third-party compensation surveys

  • Supports all regional compliance related reporting

  • Ensures regional regulatory compliance requirements are met at all times

  • Creates communications and training materials to support compensation and total rewards programs

  • Works with internal teams and vendors to ensure employees’ life cycles are processed including, but not limited to onboarding/offboarding, basic benefits support, expats work permit application and staff activities organization

  • Works on various total rewards projects and performs other duties as assigned


Skills & Qualifications

  • Two (2) or more years of progressive compensation experience in salary planning, incentive plans, benchmarking, compensation modeling, and data analytics; global compensation experience strongly preferred

  • Relevant experience in total rewards administration 

  • Strong analytics, financial modeling and impact analysis

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is required including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, modeling, etc.

  • Ability to tell stories out of large sets of data

  • Works independently while multitasking, and solves issues using objective reasoning

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion

  • Adapts and thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations without all available data

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment

  • Exceptional attention detail, planning, and organizational skills with a meaningful focus on accuracy

  • Ability to use interpersonal skills to build trust and influence decisions

  • Financial background a plus

  • Has CET-6 Certificate and/or influent Business English
