Job Description

Position Overview

The People Development team is responsible for supporting Third Bridgers develop their skills, behaviour, and knowledge to help them realise their potential. As People Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of Third Bridge employees, from the moment they receive a job offer.

The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Managing monthly global onboarding training logistics, including scheduling, communicating with instructors, and enrolling new hires
  • Keeping all new hire resources up to date
  • Scheduling other flagship training programs
  • Administering study support applications
  • Managing our LMS (Learning Managing System) including maintaining correct user data, uploading content, and monitoring completion of mandatory eLearning
  • Producing a range of reports for different business groups from our people systems
  • Building relationships and working effectively with global colleagues
