We are currently looking to expand our sales team which will focus on introducing our products to the Australia market. As such, we are looking to hire a Sales Associate in Hong Kong. This is a great opportunity to build a foundation in sales, develop business acumen, deepen the understanding of the sales process, and develop lead generation skills within a Sales organization. You will be responsible for supporting the new client acquisition process for Third Bridge and partner with the Sales Reps to create and drive revenue.
This role will include, but is not limited to:
Conduct market research to identify top prospects and map out accounts entering key information and contact details on internal systems
Schedule appointments by cold call, e-mail or utilize LinkedIn, Bloomberg and other channels to secure appointments for introductory presentations
Onboard clients who agree to trial subscriptions and manage the usage and relationship of these clients
Build and demonstrate a strong grasp of Third Bridge’s products, value proposition and competitive advantage, and leverage that knowledge in all client communications
Develop a deep knowledge of each client industry, organizational structure, asset class in which they operate, and key stakeholders
Effectively partner with Sales Representatives to document all client events and activities in internal systems, including Salesforce.com
Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Proven experience in communicating effectively and building relationships quickly over the phone
Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning and growth
Ability to drive urgency in the sales cycle and highly self-motivated to reach sales goals
- Bachelor’s degree
Strong interest in building a career within a sales organization, 1-2 years of sales or sales support experience is a plus (level determined based on relevant experience)
Native in both written and spoken English
