Brand and Production Manager

Job Description

We are looking to recruit a meticulous and driven individual who has an understanding of content creation, brand management and marketing production.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will take responsibility for the company’s collateral and production across all departments, manage our digital brand and support the management of new content offerings (eg. events, podcasts).

At Third Bridge you will ultimately play a key role working with our product and commercial teams in delivering world class content to our clients. You will have the confidence to work with a number of senior stakeholders across the business and impeccable time management skills to ensure all deadlines are met.

In this role you will:

  • Create, edit and improve copy that’s in line with the company’s tone and style

  • Manage and own the archiving and indexing of all house content and related collateral

  • Ensure visual and verbal brand integrity across all Third Bridge business units by closely managing content production processes

  • Own and maintain the tone of voice, style guidelines, SEO and brand guidelines

  • Liaise with campaign, editorial, ESG and product teams to ensure brand consistency

  • Manage the distribution of online content across our website and social channels

  • Work with our SEO agency to ensure web content is optimised for SEO in alignment with our guidelines

  • Lead the end-to-end production of corporate videos, podcasts, photography and events

  • Stay up-to-date with company developments and generate new ideas to amplify the brand

  • Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends


You will need to demonstrate a mix of the following characteristics and experience: 

  • Strong prior experience in financial services marketing (ideally within an investment bank or hedge fund)

  • Outstanding proficiency in English

  • Strong prior experience writing and/or editing high quality, consistent copy for different distribution channels and personas

  • Experience cultivating and managing relationships with copywriters (permanent and freelance)

  • Experience implementing content and collateral management systems 

  • Experience managing multiple projects across a busy production schedule

  • Experience with audio/video content production tools preferred but not essential

  • Innovative and creative thinking skills, and the ability to initiate and manage projects

  • Great organization skills , proactive mindset and exceptional attention to detail

  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • A desire to learn new things, explore opportunities and identify the best solutions with the resources available
