Can you highlight some of the key trends, both macroeconomic and industry-specific, impacting the parcel and logistics industry and what we should be paying attention to as investors?

We’ve seen a little bit of a slowing with the trade situation with China. What would be the impact of the continuation of the trade war that we’ve seen develop? I think in March, tariffs are potentially moving from 10 to 25% on USD 200bn worth of goods. What would be the readthrough impact for some of the parcel carriers? On top of that, China is a huge, long-term growth market; between FedEx and UPS, who do you see making the investment there and starting to have that solid footprint?

Can you give a competitive analysis of FedEx, and their strengths and weaknesses. Then maybe touch on the TNT Express acquisition?

Now looking at UPS can you give your thoughts on current positioning, and strengths and weaknesses?

What’s your take on Amazon’s ability to steal market share in general? What’s keeping FedEx and UPS up at night when they’re looking at Amazon? Long term, do you see Amazon ever getting to that scale?

How serious is the labour shortage and how do you see that developing? What are you seeing from new trends in technology and robotics to support the labour shortage?
