Third Bridge has an industry-leading ratio of women to men in management positions in the financial services industry, at 59% women and 41% men. This is significantly above the national average in Europe, India, China and the US. For us, gender is no barrier to aspiration or professional success.

I have worked with some of the most inspiring women I've ever met at Third Bridge. I've been constantly impressed by the intelligence, commitment, and work ethic these women bring to the table. The most important lessons I've learned as a female leader are about resilience and owning my unique voice.
