Legal and Compliance Team Administrator

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to provide support to a growing global Legal and Compliance team (currently numbering 30).


  • Reviewing, maintaining and accurately updating filing systems (electronic)

  • Managing calendars of senior team members, screening meeting requests, reserving conference rooms and organising conference lines and virtual meetings

  • Participating in legal team meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes and listing follow up actions 

  • Tracking and allocating tasks and sending reminders

  • Assisting with the administration of anti-bribery, data privacy and other compliance policies

  • Assisting with travel arrangements and submitting expense reports.

  • Tracking and managing external advisors’ fees

  • Preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Coordination with other departments regarding day-to-day operations and ongoing projects

  • Professional demeanour and ability to develop effective working relationships across departments and geographies

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

  • Handling confidential information with discretion

  • Effective verbal and written communication

  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 

  • 1 – 2 years prior administrative experience preferable
