Job Description

This newly created and exciting role will act as a conduit between the Forum content team and the commercial organization to support the acquisition of new clients, retention of existing clients and engagement of Forum users. By partnering on a daily basis with Forum’s sector analysts, Commercial Content Specialists serve as experts on our proprietary coverage model and most insightful content. Their expertise is converted into insights for the Commercial teams (Sales, Account Management, Client Success and Marketing) to leverage in client conversations, incorporate into product demonstrations and convey the product’s value in relevant, timely and high-quality outreach to clients.  


  • Monitor newsflow across all sectors and asset classes to identify topics that would resonate with clients and prospects.

  • Create curated lists of Forum’s most relevant content based on the current and upcoming renewals and new business pipeline

  • Convert insights into synthesized talking points for commercial teams to use across all client and prospect segments.

  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to incorporate our leading content into commercial interactions and align commercial content to the target client audience

  • Liaise with commercial team members to match inbound requests with the best content.

  • Communicate market feedback to the Forum content teams regarding coverage needs and gaps.

  • Actively participate in client calls and product demonstrations to provide more depth on coverage strategy with respect to specific asset classes and industry verticals.


A successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate business acumen as well as a strong passion for the financial markets and investment content

  • Understand our clients workflows and how Forum can be incorporated in the investment research process.

  • Be able to confidently and professionally interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of seniority

  • Work methodically and in an organized fashion, creating repeatable processes to ensure efficiency

  • Employ strong research, writing and communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts into consumable summaries

  • Have the capacity to work on multiple projects at once, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Create consistency and cohesiveness in the tone of voice across various content formats

  • Maintain a high degree of quality control through self-proofing and disciplined reviews
