Third Bridge was founded on the belief that human insights drive intelligent investment decisions.
To make the right investment decisions, our clients require access to the most relevant experts and their insights – we enable this through private consultations and exclusive content drawn from expert interviews.
Our clients consist of some of the largest private equity funds, hedge funds, mutual funds and management consulting firms, who are serviced by a team of over 900 employees located across eight global offices.
Third Bridge operates in a global, multi-billion-dollar market with double digit annual growth and has consistently received accolades for Great Places to Work and the top 100 fastest growing companies.
As part of the Talent Acquisition team the TA Partner will be responsible for supporting the continued exceptional growth of our company by identifying and guiding candidates through our hiring process. Working as part of a joint APAC, US and UK Talent Acquisition team, the key responsibilities of this role include managing the end to end hiring process for our early careers roles, building and maintaining relationships with earmarked Universities and student organisations, attending Career Fairs and events while also contributing to sourcing strategies in order to achieve hiring needs. This role operates in a fast-paced, volume environment in which the ideal team member needs to be extremely organised, self-motivated, resilient and collaborative. We also like to have fun!
This role is UK based but will mainly support our hiring efforts in the USA (New York and Los Angeles) so sometimes you’ll need to work US EST hours rather than UK hours as needed - you’ll manage your own time but may need to join meetings on EST (GMT-5).
You’ll take responsibility for a proportion of our hires in one of our key business areas, so you’ll need to be the type of person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to develop creative strategies for early careers initiatives. You’ll understand the importance of candidate experience while equally growing a partnership with the business and understanding their needs when developing these strategies. You’ll work closely with your global counterparts in Talent Acquisition and the broader HR community, working toward the same goal – maintaining our growth trajectory by attracting exceptional talent, retaining and developing our employees.
