Position Overview

Your role as an HR Business Partner will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR functions, implementing and aligning Third Bridge’s people strategy and priorities while supporting the business by delivering HR processes and tools, and be recognised as an employer of choice by driving our key HR principles. Reporting to the Global Head of HR Business Partners, we need a visible HR Business Partner supporting business unit leaders who are part of our executive management team and our managers. This role will have a particular focus on driving our people strategy for our content business group.

Position Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of the business to create strong relationships with leaders to deliver business aligned HR solutions which support business goals and objectives.

  • Leverage business data, metrics and external market insights to inform decisions

  • Assist in the development of a comprehensive talent strategy, supported by succession plans to ensure the current and future caliber of talent needed to support the business, is in place.

  • Oversee and execute on the full spectrum of HR business partnering and operations including performance management, coaching, employee relations, engagement initiatives and exit interviews.

  • Implement employee engagement strategies to foster an environment based on respect and values

  • Partner on the HR strategy to ensure smooth delivery of the full suite of generalist activities alongside with our Centre of Excellence to deliver required programmes

  • Ensure compliance of employment laws 

Qualifications

Position Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in a HR Generalist or business partner role

  • Proven experience in HR with a strong generalist focus

  • Good knowledge of employment law

  • Strong ability to analyse and interpret data and trends
