Job Description

Position Overview

The  Learning and Performance team is responsible for supporting Connections Team Members at Third Bridge develop their skills, behaviour, and knowledge to help them realise their potential. As Learning & Performance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of Third Bridge employees, from the moment they receive a job offer.

The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Managing global training logistics for employees at all levels, from Connections’ new hires to Manager training.
  • Leading internal communication related to training opportunities.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of training programs through keeping materials up to date, accessible and organised.
  • Building relationships with and soliciting feedback from key stakeholders across the business, globally.
  • Holding Senior Leaders accountable to deadlines to ensure all training runs on time, across multiple time zones. 
  • Supporting to organise international training events, such as offsites, away days etc. 
  • Collaborating with the Learning and Performance team on people development initiatives.

  • Is personable, with strong written and verbal communication skills
