At Third Bridge, our Legal and Compliance framework is an integral part of our business; as such we are looking to hire an Analyst to join our Third Bridge Connections Compliance team to be based in Mumbai. The main purpose of this role is to support the compliance requirements of the business across all our international offices.
Organised with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to develop strong working relationships across the organisation working with individuals at all levels and across offices.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to identify risks and apply strategies or seek guidance to minimise them.
Ability to prioritise competing goals and interests and manage time effectively.
Evaluating and approving a high volume of in-house research requests for compliance with internal policies and client specific processes, and responding in a timely manner.
Answering internal queries on compliance decisions.
Escalating non-compliant or complex questions from the business or requests as and when required.
Ensuring we are compliant with applicable laws, internal compliance procedures and pre-agreed client specific processes.
Degree level qualification (or equivalent)
Previous legal or compliance experience is essential
Fluent in both written and spoken English is essential
Please note the working hours for this vacancy are to support the UK and US and therefore require a four week rotation between second shift and weekend work.
Week 1 and 2: Monday to Friday from 6pm to 3am
Week 3: Tuesday to Friday 2pm to 11pm & Saturday and Sunday 9am to 1.30pm
