Job Description

Position Overview

Forum is a content product that helps investors make better investment decisions faster. We conduct in depth Interviews with senior executives and industry specialists to unearth critical insights and generate unfiltered transcripts.

Our 150-strong industry aligned team covers over 10,000 public and private companies, applying data-driven factor models to identify where capital is most likely to be deployed. Our library of over 30,000 Forum Interview transcripts is continually strengthened by the generation of approximately 700 transcripts per month.


 In this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining coverage of research over an established coverage universe of Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT)/Fintech companies, industries and themes and sectors to enable facilitate periodic regular Interviews conference calls on the most relevant topics of most relevance to investors

  • Conducting initial research and collaborating with team members to help select ideal experts for Interviews

  • Continuing with comprehensive research for Researching potential TMT/Fintech Interview conference call ideas, including work on areas including and preparing market industry and company analysis, competitive dynamics, growth drivers and challenges, customer and partner considerations, and ESG (environmental, social and governance) specifics to prepare questions and questions ahead of the event

  • Hosting Interviews conference calls with thought leaders, reacting to the conversation flow and asking informed intelligent questions and following up appropriately  that will extract to deliver value for our clients

  • Collaborating with team members to ensure Forum Interviews are being marketed and sold effectively

  • Educating the sales and research Account Management teams on upcoming conference calls regarding past and planned Interviews

  • Working closely with the Forum research team in London to ensure that the best speakers are selected and pre-qualified ahead of each interview

  • Interacting and fostering Building relationships through interactions with clients before and after each Interview Event to help drive continuous improvement of their experience with Forum better Forum content and user experiences

A successful candidate will:

  • Have a real interest in traditional financial markets, alternative investments and the public equity investment process, as well as the TMT and Fintech areas in particular

  • Have demonstrable experience of researching and summarising content conducting research on sectors, industries and companies

  • Be able to confidently and professionally interact with C-level executives

  • Have a strong entrepreneurial drive and desire to develop the Forum product

  • Be a results- driven team contributor player who is able to effectively can manage their time while maintaining a positive and “can-do” attitude


  • Hold an undergraduate degree with a strong academic record

  • At least two years’ of  relevant, professional work experience
