Job Description

Position Overview

The HRIS & Reporting Analyst is a member of the People Operations, Total Rewards team and will primarily be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of our HRIS, maintaining people related data processes, and assisting the company with data requests & analytics. 

Reporting to the Global HRIS Manager, the position will ensure a best in class service experience for all our internal customers.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of developing our Total Rewards function for the future!


This role will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our HRIS platform to ensure it meets the Company’s organizational and operational needs.  Also serves as a point of contact for systems and reporting related inquiries and requests.  Job duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • HRIS

    • Responsible for the administration of our current HRIS platform, troubleshooting and providing technical support to colleagues and managing queries

    • Acts as a project team member in the implementation of a new HRIS system 

    • Supports roll out of new features and functionality

    • Develops and maintains data integrity processes

    • Assists in maintaining our integrations with wider systems

    • Assists with new system implementations where necessary

  • Data Processes

    • Collaborates with Total Rewards and the rest of the business to ensure data moves smoothly around Third Bridge

    • Identifies ways to maximise the use of the systems to enhance the HR service offered to the business.

    • Works on total rewards projects and performs other duties as assigned

  • Reporting & Analytics

    • Creates reports for various stakeholders. Prepares, manipulates, and analyzes data by organizing information, checking for errors/inconsistencies, and modifying as necessary

    • Maintains and further develops our suite of scheduled reports & analytics

    • Strives to improve internal workflow by automating processes through the use of technology

Candidate Profile

  • Experience with HR systems and has the ability to tell stories out of large sets of data

  • Understands importance of data integrity

  • Comfortable in working with manual processes and large excel files

  • Works independently while multitasking, and solves issues using objective reasoning

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion

  • Adapts and thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations


  • Two (2) or more years of progressive experience with using HR Systems

  • Ability to create reports and analyse data

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is required including the ability to create pivot tables and formulas to prepare data for reporting and integrations

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills; ability to exercise independent judgment

  • Exceptional attention detail, planning, and organizational skills with a meaningful focus on accuracy

  • Ability to use interpersonal skills to build trust and influence decisions
