We’re looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute content to drive awareness, lead generation and conversion for a number of products across our core markets. We are a highly collaborative and passionate team with an ambitious growth trajectory and content will play a crucial role in how we realise vision.

You will have experience in developing unique and engaging content and social campaigns to support business objectives. You will ensure that the range of key messages, events and content that are most relevant to our customers are surfaced in a way that is highly-relevant, targeted and socially native. Reporting directly to the Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will work closely with digital, design, editorial, PR to deliver on the social strategy.  


  • The role will have a heavy skew to real-time content with majority of your time spent on monitoring news flow/trending topics on social media and online forums to identify opportunities for Third Bridge commentary, content or research coverage alignment 

  • Create and execute compelling content for all social media channels across a number of products to drive brand awareness, lead generation and thought leadership

  • Ensure consistency across social assets in terms of tone, voice and visual representation, in line with our brand and style guidelines

  • Grow social following and engagement on posts

  • Management and ownership of the social media content calendar, including copywriting, asset creation and publishing

  • Activate multimedia content via reels, stories and more

  • In partnership with our Digital Marketing Manager, analysing and reporting on performance with good awareness of social media analytics and social listening

  • Be up-to-date with platform advancements and share new opportunities

  • Keep abreast of competitor activity and content strategies on social media

  • Voice of customer tracking on social media and online forums

  • Work closely with ESG councils, talent acquisition and internal comms for content distribution

  • Work closely with content marketers and senior content marketers to determine content subject matter 

  • Be aware of, and educate wider teams on, best practice and industry developments in social media




To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in content marketing/social media, ideally in B2B financial services research 

  • A proven record of developing content that achieved concrete business and brand goals - examples of both product and editorial content

  • You demonstrate impeccable copywriting skills and are experienced in delivering compelling content across a variety of formats 

  • Ability to master writing styles that speak to our audience on a variety of topics and within different structures, produce original material, and have a deep understanding of the different “buyer personas”

  • Innovative and creative thinking skills, and the ability to execute content for multi-channel campaigns

  • A desire to learn new things, explore opportunities and identify the best solutions with the resources available

  • Proficiency in English (other languages would also be beneficial) with a solid grip on grammar and style

  • Ownership - able to work in a fast-paced corporate environment, taking ownership of workstreams and tasks and managing them through to completion
