Job Description

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting Third Bridge’s Leadership Team, especially the 3-4 senior executives based in the Asia region.

Specific Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage calendars as a first point of contact including screening appointment requests, reserving conference rooms and GoToMeeting conference lines

  • Create high quality reports, presentations, and spreadsheets and be a super user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Participate in meetings to note meeting minutes and distribute when requested 

  • Coordinate logistical details associated with the day-to-day operations of the business 

  • Create and maintain effective organized filing systems for quick access to critical information

  • Work with other Executive Assistants and Office Managers from other offices on a variety of daily business issues ensuring a consistent approach across offices

  • Prepare and submit monthly expense reports, compiling credit card and other receipts

  • Coordinate all travel arrangements including flight, hotel accommodation and visas

  • Critical tasks may require online after hours and weekend monitoring with follow-up.


To be successful in this role you should have a proven track record of: 

  • Bachelor's degree and above

  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience, including supporting C-level executives

  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated; open-minded and can do attitude

  • Attention to detail, organization and follow-through

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Effective interpersonal skills, strong teamwork spirit; confidence and ability to influence decisions

  • Handling multiple, competing priorities with deadlines; handling confidential information with discretion

  • Strong organisation and project management skills; background spearheading independent projects

  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
