The Technology & Product (T&P) function is led by our Chief Information Officer (CIO).  We invest heavily in product, data, and technology capabilities, enabling us to deliver innovative products and solutions and deep insight into market intelligence to our clients.

Through harnessing the latest business technology services, we allow the business to work faster, more intelligently, and we are uncovering more and more business opportunities as a result.

Change Management at Third Bridge

The success of change management will be achieved when Third Bridge is continually advancing the skills, feeding the motivation, and flexing the organizational infrastructure in which our global team operates. As the Change Programme Manager you will report directly to the Head of Change Management and be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and managing change deliverables via Change Sponsors, Leaders and Champions. You will support impacted users to transition from their current state to a future state successfully. 

This is a new role at Third Bridge and is at the core of designing and implementing new portfolio and project delivery and service management processes and frameworks. You will create and execute actionable plans to support communications, engagement, and training delivery for stakeholders to help drive user readiness and adoption. This role will track change effectiveness and provide regular updates to sponsors and programme leadership. As well, this role will execute change management best practices that span across the company. 

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Collaborate with project and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, benefits, and deliverables relating to all aspects of change management, including successful adoption of technology and process change

  • Facilitate the delivery of change management plans, which various business leaders, change sponsors, and champions will execute

  • Create, maintain and communicate appropriate project plans and schedules for the introduction of technology and process change to the user communities

  • Orchestrate multiple projects in progress at the same time, prioritizing and keeping track of all the fast-moving elements taking place across several departments across the enterprise

  • Create budget/resource proposals and escalate changes to the Project/Programme Managers

  • Identify people risk factors for projects, and create comprehensive adoption and risk-management plans

  • Track and evaluate cost/benefit/ROI targets for change management programmes to ensure they are maintained

  • Successfully handover to the ‘Business as Usual’ teams at project closure


  • Possesses relevant project/change management qualifications/training or strong prior experience
  • Demonstrates a blend of engineering and psychological competencies

  • Organised and able to effectively communicate project plans, define deliverables, and schedule activities

  • Knows change management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Ability to organise and nurture stakeholder engagement and drive focused programme participation and accountability

  • Ability to engage with senior leaders and cross functional teams, preferably within a global organisation; enjoys relationship building

  • Propensity to construct tools to measure adoption, usage and proficiency of initiatives

  • Ability to track and report on organisational change and project effectiveness to senior leaders

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about people and change

  • Good business acumen and understanding of how to navigate through organisational issues and obstacles

  • Future occasional travel globally will be required.
