Job Description
As part of the Talent Acquisition team the Recruiter will be responsible for assisting the continued exceptional growth of our company by identifying and guiding candidates through our hiring process. This role is responsible for a full life cycle recruitment role from pipeline generation through onboarding and retention.
The Recruiter will build relationships with candidates, teammates, hiring managers, cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership to provide the best match between candidates and opportunities within the organization.
The Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the full life cycle recruitment for our New York City office and other locations as needed. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a wide breadth of functional recruitment expertise across varied business units. This individual will work closely with global counterparts working toward the same goal – maintaining our growth trajectory by attracting, retaining and developing our employees.
Responsibilities
Conduct intake conversations with Hiring Managers to understand and provide insight into role, market intelligence, candidate profiles, interview process and assessment
Understand and identify key ingredients of Third Bridge in terms of resume review and assessment techniques
Develop and manage consultative relationships with Hiring Managers
Source active candidates and shortlist passive candidate using various recruitment channels
Create and maintain candidate pools for various products and functions such as Forum, Sales and Account Management, Finance, and Legal and Compliance among others
Manage requisition workload for experienced hires
Perform phone, virtual, in-person and competency based interviews
Proactively involved in offer negotiations and conducting reference checks, when necessary
Manage partnerships with head hunting firms for niche roles
Work with team members to ensure KPIs are met as an individual and a team
Generate reports on specific recruitment metrics, as required
Qualifications
Strong functional recruitment experience across various business functions
Demonstrable success of direct sourcing candidates using multiple channels
Skilled in candidate sourcing with a detailed understanding of the end to end recruitment process
Strong client management skills at mid to senior management level
Proficiency in a fast paced atmosphere (finance, front office, sales, consumer products, etc.)
Proven success in a metric oriented environment as an individual contributor and a team member
Consistent track record of achieving KPIs and hiring targets
Adept in candidate assessment including phone and in person interviews
Recruitment background within an agency and/or RPO
Proactive, self-managing individual with strong time management capability and attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Resilient when handling rejections, willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure
Familiarity working with an ATS and maintaining a high level of data integrity
- Hold an undergraduate degree
- 5+ years working experience, agency or RPO project experience is preferred
