As the Head of Real Estate, you will be responsible for all of Third Bridge’s offices globally. You will manage a global Office Management team and oversee the budget for all real estate related expenditure. You will also partner with other teams and stakeholders around office moves and flexible working arrangements.
Provide people management to the global Office Management team (team of 10)
Oversee budget for all real estate related expenditure globally
Manage the relationship with property advisers to leverage their expertise as required
Oversee global real estate portfolio, flagging and advising on actions as required and in good time (i.e. lease disposal, lease acquisition, rent renewals, etc.)
Engage with internal stakeholders and management
Work on change management initiatives, with support from HR and the internal communications team
Oversee and project manage office moves and fit-outs
Facilitate flexible working arrangements, liaising with Technology team to ensure that all employees have the appropriate home setup and equipment
Oversee new joiner experience from a facilities and culture perspective
Travel as required (when permitted) to progress real estate initiatives in regional offices - in line with travel restrictions typically a quarterly visit to one site
What we are looking for
Strong experience managing a Real Estate/Office Management team, preferably in various regions
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience around office moves and setting up new offices in new regions would be beneficial
Proven experience of managing external/third party partners in property maintenance
Proven people leadership skills in a virtual office environment
Strong negotiation skills
