Job Description

As part of the Talent Acquisition team the Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the continued exceptional growth of our company by supporting recruitment activities and guiding candidates through our hiring process. 

You will build relationships with candidates, teammates, hiring managers, and  cross-functional stakeholders to provide optimal candidate and stakeholder experience. 

The ideal candidate will be an integral of the Talent team. You will report to the Team Lead supporting the Shanghai office and work closely with global counterparts. You will be responsible for recruitment activity and administrative support for the Shanghai Talent Acquisition function and as needed across other offices.

Responsibilities

Coordination Responsibilities

  • Schedule phone screens, virtual and in-person interviews

  • Create and disperse interview materials

  • Coordinate campus hiring and various recruitment events

  • Manage logistics of campus Career Fairs and ambassadors attending campus events

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates and other departments

  • Manage data integrity of applicant tracking system

Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Upon application, screen and qualify candidates to determine suitability against open position requirements and competencies of Third Bridge 

  • Manage referral candidates throughout the interview process

  • Conduct phone interviews 

Administrative Responsibilities 

  • Maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System

  • Generate reports on specific HR metrics, as needed

Qualifications

What we look for

  • One year of experience as a coordinator within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition function

  • Aptitude to prioritise a high volume, fast changing workflow  

  • Self-motivated, organized, detailed-oriented and ability to work independently

  • Strong sense of urgency

  • Skilled relationship management skills and collaboration capability

  • Ability to coordinate and manage successful recruitment events

  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills 

  • Experience conducting resume review, phone screens and/or in person interviews

  • Desire to continue career in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

  • Experience with Campus recruitment programs is a plus

Qualifications

  • Hold an undergraduate degree

  • Six months or more of experience within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition coordination

  • Fluent Mandarin and proficient English capability (oral and written)
